~ We are now taking quilt requests for 2008 ~

If you know of an Australian family with a child, nineteen or younger, who suffers with a life-threatening or life-long illness, please pass our information on to them.

We would love to include them in the 2008 list. The quilts are gifted to the children with no cost involved for the family.

‘Quilts 4 Kids’ is a world-wide group of stitchers who cross-stitch squares for Australian Children, under the age of nineteen, who have life threatening or life long illnesses. 

The cross-stitch squares are made up into beautiful quilts for the children. The squares we use are counted cross-stitch only, not stamped or machine stitched.

‘Theme squares’ are stitched on a sign-up basis with a due date. The stitchers can choose their own pattern to fit the theme that the child requests. 

Once you choose the child you would like to stitch for, use the button on that child’s website to link to the sign up form.

‘Any child’ squares are welcomed. These squares are made to fit any theme and there is no due date. These squares will be used to finish a quilt or to create a quilt when an ‘emergency quilt’ is required.
