BIOGRAPHY
Tristan was born at 34 weeks after an extremely complicated pregnancy caused by polyhydramious. Tristan spent around 8 months of his life on the ventilator as he has trachealmalcia and broncalmalcia, Hypertrophic cardiomyopothy, seizures, enlarged liver/spleen/kidneys and had feeding issues.
He has developmental delays (I believe he is catching up) but has a few troubles speaking - I believe he needs grommits which hopefully will develop his speech. He has some behaviour issues due to him not being able to communicate verbally but he understands everything we say and communicates small amounts with Makaton signing.
He is a very happy boy who enjoys playing with his cars, swimming and being with his big sister. He's such a beautiful boy and we are very blessed to have him with us.
